"We stayed for six nights, there was some fluff on the floor when we checked in, it was still there when we checked out! One evening, we had a decent lunch so only wanted a snack in the evening. We both had ham sandwiches which while nice ham, no attempt had been made to present them, for example, a salad garnish would have gone a long way. At breakfast the buffet was always running out of teaspoons, mugs for tea/coffee, marmalade, stupid things. One evening I went to use the disabled toilet, the attached picture shows how I found it."

"The cottage is situated a strow away from the beach and close to the town centre which makes it an ideal place to stay in Hythe. Parking was easy in the street, which is a bonus.The cottage is nicely decorated and had all we needed for our short stay.Naomi is very responsive in her communication and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend to cottage."

"Very clean room with plenty of tea making facilities and lots of hot water, fluffy towels and a comfortable bed. Helpful full length mirror in bedroom. Some of the communal areas look a bit tired, but staff welcoming and room was great for my needs (staying overnight in area ready for family get together). Great location for Hythe and walk along seafront short drive away."
