"At check in I had an issue with my room which was all resolved and I was upgraded. Dildara at the desk made the entire process really smooth she went up and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and checked in on me to ensure I was still happy. This made my entire stay extremely pleasant. Customer service is excellent. All staff are very helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff were very nice too. Room was of a great size it was cleaned regularly water was replaced daily too as well as teas and coffees. Breakfast was great. This was my 2nd time staying here and there definitely will be a Third. "

"I believe this is the best hotel in Konya, the room are so spacious, and the bed are very comfortable and plenty of amenities offered. The breakfast is generous and the staff were amazing. Has electric car charging for electric cars and plenty of private and secured parking. Highly recommended. This hotel is new so everything is fresh and new and the location is perfect. "Great breakfast and very kind personnel, very responsive to customer requests. Room had some bad smell in the bathroom, due to bad venting, even after changing room. Also the HVAC was not possible to adjust and the room was very warm in the night, making the sleep difficult. We reported these issues to the property manager that said will be addressing them. We appreciated all in all our stay."
