Beautiful boutique hotel not too far from all the main attractions, staff was very helpful. Would love to stay there again. We booked a suite which was well deigned and had a massive living area and 2 bathrooms. Breakfast had a vast choice of food you could imagine.

Jahfar, provides the best service I have seen. I have known him for five years now. He always makes me happy and does everything I need. The best worker I’ve come across. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Konya. The people who work there are highly respectful and commit to providing amazing customer service.

Low housekeeping standards

As with most Turks, the lady at the check in counter was not smiley. But what got me disgusted with the hotel were: the box of tissues in the room only had 3 pieces of tissues left! The toilet roll was three quarters used. This shows that the hotel does not care about the comfort of their guests! Finally, the toilet bowl cover was broken! Although the hotel was fairly new, and close to a mall (which usually would be good attributes), I did not enjoy my stay.

Location is odd, stand-alone building. Staff’s English language skills are acutely limited regrettably, especially that of concierge. Additionally they didn’t know anything about Sema ceremony that occurs every Thursday at Mevlana’s gardens. Kept telling us there was none. Finally on insistence called back later to confirm but gave us wrong time.

Don't Expect 5 Star Hotel Treatment

We originally chose this hotel due to very high ratings online but were not entirely satisfied or impressed by this hotel at all. I had seen a couple of complaint reviews online due to issues with the rooms being overly hot (due to AC system being shut down for the winter months) but dismissed them as we were traveling in November, which is colder in Konya. The first room given to us was extremely hot and felt as if we were staying in a sauna. We couldn't relax or sleep at all. After a couple of conversations with the front desk, we were moved to another room of the same type on the opposite side of the building, which felt much better. This hotel shuts down the individual controls to the AC during the off season which does not allow one to adjust the temperature to personal liking. For a 5 star hotel, it is lacking in personal attention to details. When we first arrived, no one came out to help us with our bags until we unloaded everything on our own and were walking into the reception area. The receptionist was kind but neglected to give small details such as time of breakfast and wifi information - standard details that should be given when checking in. We had to ask for the information ourselves. Overall, it's an OK hotel but felt more like a 3-star hotel than 5 Star experience.
