Staff gives good customer service the installations and regulations of the hotel are somehow inconvenient for the guest

Finds a different hotel in a better location
Located in a marginal neighborhood. Room with doors for adjoining rooms offer zero sound proof so people in next room are more or less in your room. No desks in room to work. No room service or restaurant comforted to go out at night in the marginal neighborhood to seek food. No currency exchange service offered when Uber eats merchants refused to process payments with credit cards to avoid I assume merchant charges. Brutal hotel which I suppose is partly to be blamed on the current economic and political troubles of Argentina

Great place stay in Mendoza. The breakfast is delicious. The staff for the most part were welcoming and friendly. The hotel is clean and well kept. They don’t have phones in the room so be prepared to download WhatsApp, and another app to use for the room key. It’s located in a convenient area in Mendoza. Worth checking out.

Rooms are spartan but clean, only one hard backed chair to sit on, so not comfortable for work. Breakfast was all about sugar, on sweet bread, in yogurt, everywhere. Fruit mostly dried or canned. Location is 20 mins walk from centre, nothing much around the hotel for food or diversion. Skeleton staff, sparse furnishings, underwhelming breakfast. Barely a 3 star, never 4.

The Mod Hotel is ok. My shower drain was plugged and the AC didn’t work that well but it was serviceable.

Staff amazing! Breakfast horrible!Location not great. Internet slow and logs off. Beds and pillows hard like a rock.curtains do not black out in the bedroom. Not a 4 star by any means.

The property is older, but very clean and the personnel are very friendly with the exception of the morning breakfast hostess.

I’m writing to say I’m very disappointed in my selection of this hotel. Mendoza is a lovely place and worth a trip but avoid this hotel unless you are paying less than 50 dollars a night.....it’s way way overpriced. This hotel is sold not as the best in Mendoza but at least as clean modern and decent. I can’t say it meets any of those descriptions. The room is very very worn. The carpet is frayed and stained and desperately needs replacement The hot water didn’t work when we arrived We have to double beds, one of the cushions is damaged and uncomfortable and can’t been used. The shower heads look like they are 25 years old. The pillows seem like they are from the US army Finally we went for the breakfast during the appointed time and they had already taken in down and has the gaul to charge for a coffee Even after we had prepaid 5 days we asked for a one hour late check out...even though the hotel is empty that was denied Avoid this place unless you get it really cheap

The room was large and very clean. The bed was so amazingly comfortable, I slept incredibly well. The bathroom was sparkling clean and the shower was heaven. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is continental style with plenty of choices of pastries, breads, fruit, cereal, fresh juices, coffee, and tea. Very nice. I thought the location was awesome. So many things are within walking distance.

Beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing. Pastries were old and fruits did not look very fresh either. The hotel, albeit dated, is comfortable. There are better located properties like the Diplomatic hotel in these price range.

I like that it was in walking distance to shops and local restaurants which made the stay more convenient and pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful.

La propiedad está bien ubicada, precio razonable y el hotel en buenas condiciones. El personal muy amable, excepto la persona que nos realizó el chek in, después de un viaje de 10 horas, llegamos temprano al hotel y no nos quiso dar la habitación antes de las 3 pm, pero sí lo hizo con una familia que ingresó en el mismo momento que nosotros.

I would not recommend staying in the town as it’s a bit of a drive to the vineyards. Place is fine. Feels quite corporate. Breakfast was underwhelming.

A great option for the price.
The Mods Hotel Mendoza was a very affordable option before hopping a flight to Bogota after visiting Bodegas Caro. Decent wine selections and OK food options allowed us to bed early for a 5am ride to the airport. The room could have been a bit cleaner, but i have stayed in much worse. Reccomended.
