Located upstairs on Main Street in Mendocino, this brand new contemporary apartment has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with shower and a private deck looking right out onto bay and ocean. Unbeatable location, walk to shops, restaurants and the beach.
The front bedroom has a queen size bed, french doors that open onto the balcony, a 40" smart TV and 2 closets. The rear bedroom has a queen size bed, smart TV, large closet and a beautiful sitting area with a day bed.
The gourmet dream kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining, the food lovers dream! The spacious kitchen opens into the living room and has a fantastic view of the bay. Living room features a large smart TV, french doors to the deck, a romantic gas fireplace and plenty of comfy seating to relax and take in the amazing view. The apartment has lots of windows, tall cedar ceilings and heated floors in the bathroom and kitchen.
Sit out on the deck and watch the sunset, look for spouting whales and take in the beauty of the ocean. Front row seating for all that Mendocino has to offer, whether it's the Music Festival, Film Festival or the 4th of July Parade, you will be in the center of it all! Walking distance to everything in town, this is the perfect location for your getaway and the perfect spot to come and relax after a full day of adventure on the Coast.

Beautiful Mendocino

Love this place. Come here often. Rooms are nice and comfortable beds. Fabulous view of the ocean. Lots of walking and running trails.

I would definitely stay here again. Great place, perfect for 2 couples. The location couldn’t be better. Walking distance all around town. Beautiful view from the family room and bedroom, and great deck with table & chairs. Very clean. And simple check-in.

Relax by the sea

Great place to relax with awesome sea views. The place was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. You can shop in the small town or commune with nature on a walk around the headlands. The hosts are awesome.

Peaceful with Breathtaking View

Balcony was ideal for meals, drinks, taking in the ambiance & people watching. Perfect for two couples who can share a single bathroom. The kitchen is quite adequate & spacious that includes a full size dining table for 6 and a beautiful bar area with seating for 4. On cool evenings we especially enjoyed the warmth from the electric fireplace. The two QN beds were firm but really comfy. Both had wonderful linens, lofty comforters & an abundance of pillows. While the back bedroom doesn’t have an ocean view, it has a wonderful reading nook with a garden view & was very quiet. The modern decor was tasteful, warm & inviting. We would happily stay here again!

Fantastic stay -- we'll be back!

We had a fabulous time at Mike and Eula's place. We visit Mendocino frequently and this has been our favorite to-date. Great location, spotless, and very comfortable. Updated and modern furnishings and a wonderful deck overlooking the headlands. The noise from the bar a few doors down was sometimes audible at night from the master bedroom, but nothing a white noise machine couldn't fix.

Main Street loft

This property was really beautiful, and convenient for us. We liked the headland heights and the patio the most. Beds were comfortable, but you need to put curtains in the little room where the single bed was so one would not feel so exposed.

Perfect long-weekend stay

My husband and I loved our visit. The apartment was very stylish and felt larger than what we could tell from the photos. It is nicely appointed and has great light. The location was perfect. The view was stunning, plus we loved being able to walk in the village. Also, a big thanks to Mike for being super responsive on a holiday weekend and came right away to fix an out-of-reach fire alarm that was chirping. One of the nicest rental properties we have stayed in. We would love to visit again! Thanks, Mike and Eula, for creating such a delightful retreat!

The best place in Mendocino . . Found!!

My adult daughter and I are regular visitors to Mendocino and have stayed at places that we have enjoyed. Mike and Euna have the perfect vacation rental. Best view ever and right in town. This space has been redesigned so nicely, we kept saying how nice and comfy it was. The decor and most lovely bedding and beds made it so lovely. Best best mattresses ever!! Great location

Beautiful view and location. Clean, nice kitchen and balcony. Beds fairly comfortable. Noise level from street and from tent being put up for music festival apparent, so bring earplugs! It’s worth it to be in the center. The music festival is right across the street (mid July) so be prepared to hear it, which probably isn’t a bad thing. Again the location and convenience to restaurants, hiking trails, retail, is worth it. Parking out front no problem. Access by code but instructions are to “hover” your hand over keypad and we had to actuall rub our hand down the keypad after the hovering didn’t work.

Absolutely outstanding location. It exceeded our expectations. The place is decorated and outfitted with everything you need.
