AM Hi , There is a lot you guys can fix, I would like to reach out to Expedia for a refund. The chairs in the studio is nasty and dirty with stains on them. The kitchen chairs are broke and loose and they wobble. The air does not work in here, it’s really hot in here. We tried to use the fan but it is broke and shaking & making a lot of noise. This beds looks nothing like the pictures, this is a cheap steal hard uncomfortable bed. I would never stay here again and I would like my money back. Thank you

False advertisement
Place was not cleaned, towels were stained had to ask for clean ones, tub was clogged up and no one came to fix it the whole time I was there. Bed sheets had stains. They ask to take out your own trash?! Never again will I stay at this place.
Tub clogged up, dirt was in the water as you were showering. It stunk so bad.

The front door is in a dirty alley way and the buildings garbage dumpsters are directly next to the door. It smelled terrible when entering and leaving the building. There is NO parking at the building. We had to pay to park in a neighboring lot.

I liked that it was very near the part of town where I grew up and I was able to share that place with relatives. I also liked being on the 15th floor where old landmarks were easy to identify from my 'helicoptic view'. Gorgeous accommodations!

Apartment has a great location. Trolly runs and stops on both sides for the apartment building. View from balacony was beautiful. Bed was super comfortable. But, thats where the good thing end. I arrived late at night on the first night and couldn't get in the building with the code provided. Thankfully someone who lived in the building let me in. Walked into the ceiling falling apart, the blinds are broken and missing slates. So much light from the outside of the building kept the room lite the entire night becauae of the poor condition of the blinds. The balcony door did not lock! They had made some makeshift pin you had to stick in a hole drilled in the door. The air vent was black from the dust collected on it. Floors were quite dirty. Couldn't walk atound barefoot or you had black feet. No hand towels and no floor mat for after the shower were provided. Finally you had this great balcony with no chairs to enjoy the view. Pictures were very deceiving on the website.

Vector Property owns several units in this building which had dirty bed coverings from the start. There are NO instructions on where to park and the garage we used was for an adjacent hotel. They ONLY offered 2 wash cloths for your entire stay there in which they told us that's what the laundromat on the 3rd floor us for, after I asked for two wask cloths to use for my and my husband's showers for our final day there (4 days and 3 nights stay). The patio blinds were mostly broken. The shower liner were nasty. It was changed AFTER I asked them to. The toilet stopped working then in the middle of the first night, it flished on its on and released a horrendous odor! The Property Contact was working from home where you here chickens in the background. So she was nowhere near the Property at all. I had to send pictures of a dirty unit before she moved us to another unit the morning after our arrival. The view of the river is the ONLY good thing that i can say.

It was ok. The location was nice given it was right downtown. It is rather outdated and could use some updates. The view was pretty, the bathroom was old and needs to be remodeled, and the hallway smelled like there was a gas leak, but that just may be the age of the building. It’s tough to say if I would stay there again. A later checkout would have been nice as well as an earlier check in but that’s not an option, even though they said the earlier check in time could be, but you get charged. If I were to stay long than three nights, it’s unlikely I would stay there.

The place does not appear as it does on the photos. The bathroom doors don’t close properly or lock because they’re old. The bathroom tub faucet was broken and poured out hot water. The tub had hair on the wall. The bed had detergent residue all underneath the sheets. The remote didn’t work properly. You had to step two inches from the tv to change the channel or turn it off. The rental company did communicate with us to ask us how things were and for a five star review. This isn’t a five star place even with great communication. Wish I had chosen another place to stay.

I did not like the smell in my unit it was not as clean and had two big machines running in front of my door the closets didn’t open properly, water pressure terrible and counter bathroom dirty would not stay here again

Won’t be back.
The room matched the rate for the most part and we were ok with things until my wife made a late night bathroom visit. I jumped up and went in to find her clutching a piece of toilet paper with a dead ROACH in it and seen 3 more on the floor. Needless to say we checked out a day early in the morning. My wife alerted management on the way out. Of course she got a “your kidding” and a promise to take care of it right away. I understand this is a dated building and pest control can be a challenge but this is totally unacceptable. Reading the reviews after the fact brought up numerous complaints of the same problem. It doesn’t look like they are committed to truly cleaning things up here so buyer beware. If your just looking for a cheap place to flop between outings maybe this is the spot for you. If your expecting 4 star accommodations then pay the extra money and book accordingly. Just my opinion.

A decent place for the price
The place was clean, the floor was filthy, but if you didn't wear white socks or went barefoot you wouldn't have known. The tenants played music from 730am to midnight ALL day and night long. The location was great, about a 15 minute walk to beale Street. Overall, it was a nice place, just be aware that its half hood, half decent.

(Very)Well located...but that's it. The places needs an complete renovation ASAP... the apartment barely had blinds, clearly not properly cleaned, hard bed/mattress and the pictures are realistic to the actual place etc.

Was not given correct entry code, had to stop on a 600 mile drive to find internet access and send digital copies of drivers license, and agree to additional security deposit on top of the base rate paid to Expedia for the stay at the property. Property manager did not respond to phone calls, their voicemail was not set up, had to find other lodging at 9 pm on night of arrival, Literally begged the property manager to handle over the phone instead of the on the internet, They refused, despite not being able to access the property because they did not give me the correct access code. Hall ways dirty. I have no way of knowing what room was like, I never saw it. An hour after I arrived they emailed me a different entry code. I had already checked into another hotel. The management of this place is horrible. And after all that, River City Flats denied a refund. Just sat NO!

Got to the room and the password didn’t work. Called the company. They answered right away and fixed the issue. Room was very nice. Parking was fine since the parking garage across the street was pretty much empty.

The property was OK. I would not go back because it wasn't for me. The location was good but it was way smaller than what it looked like in the pictures. Also sometimes when the air came on it made this loud noise mostly at night. I was not informed about parking until it was to late to cancel. Parking was not good.

This apartment was adequate for my needs. It was only a short walk to the Cannon Auditorium which was my primary destination. The bed was very comfortable and the river view was a real plus. The coffee maker and microwave were old and need to be updated. Overall though, I enjoyed my stay and I'll probably book it again next year.

The access to the building was a pain. Keypad access outside never worked. Parking was either expensive or far away. The studio apartment was not clean enough or modern enough. Hallways were dirty Overall very disappointing

They only things that was good about this property is the view of the Mississippi River and the close proximity to attractions downtown. Other than that the studio apartment looked like a cheap hotel . There were roaches, torn cheap vinyl flooring, wall repairs that look like an amateur did it and outdated kitchen and bathroom. It looks nothing like the pictures advertised. You also can’t use the gym it’s for residents only and you can’t do early check-in.I wish I had used a hotel instead.

The unit was in a very old building with no renovation & very cheap furnishings. Old stove; ancient cabinets; stained tub; hole in wall. The floor was covered with vinyl tile that was lumpy from previous flooring underneath. It did not feel safe or clean. They also refused to give me a refund & told me I needed to cancel via Travelocity.

Everything was fine, minus: Toilet always running, toilet seat broke and I almost fell off the fist time I used it. Floor was dirty. I noticed it when looking at my bare feet. Feet were filthy for no reason. Couldn't park there on Saturday or Sunday as there is no guard on the weekends. Had to park at another lot

The view is pretty good for sunsets and it could be a nice set up. The problem was that the blinds were broken, the bed seemed cheap, and there were roaches in the kitchen in the morning. There communication was a little over the top, but I guess that is better than none. They recommend parking across the street at a pricey lot. If you go talk to the front desk at the Comfort Inn, you can pay them $5.00 for 24 hours in their garage with in/out privileges. Just tell them you are staying at the Flats.

The view was amazing but there where a little to many bugs we found in the room the hot water was hard to get there wasn’t enough toilet paper or a place to get any toilet paper or towels from I called the number that is in there door for assistance and they told me that the number that is on the door doesn’t register for that building. The blinds needs some work. I did like that it was a key pad lock to get in and out

Good value and great location.
Big room. Dated but nice enough for what I paid!!! Kitchen had everything needed. Drawers are broken but I dont care if they work or not. Just there to sleep and shower. Over all good place to stay. Place seems safe and WAY better than staying in a noisy hotel room.
