"Beautiful views, very friendly staff. Nice room, found item leftover from previous guest. No laundry facilities, virtual concierge did not respond. Adult beverages very overpriced. High end decor, Would like to see Bass Pro offer items labeled Memphis Pyramid. No microwave in room, but offered in community area"

"I took my mom for a visit to Graceland and staying at the Guesthouse was a definite bonus! It was beautiful and immaculate. Everyone from the front desk to the bartender, the wait staff and the young girl that made our omelettes were attentive and friendly. We also loved the live band and Elvis movies! It was a perfect stay for a memorable mom and daughter weekend. I will highly recommend staying The Guesthouse!"

"This hotel was clean, hip and in a nice area two blocks from the Civil Rights Museum and Central BBQ. It’s also right across the street from a fire station and felt very safe with zero noise concerns."

"Room was clean, housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast was what to be expected for being included in the stay. You have a mixture of staff hospitality. Parking was extra but on the property able to access from the building. "

"Checking in the clerk was very friendly and helpful. It was the shifts that followed that was horrible. The customer service went down tremendously from that evening til the next day. We also experienced the smell of marijuana heavily in our room after being gone all day. The staff handled this very poorly. I just feel like if I pay my hard earned money that my concerns should be addressed properly. It wasn’t til checkout that the host that was originally there at check in assured me that I wouldn’t get an extra charge and apologized. Honestly I would never book this hotel again. The area was really convenient but I’d rather travel a little further that have to deal with attitudes."
