"My stay here was excellent! All the staff who I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The property is well kept, clean and in a safe location. The area is in the heart of the city and there’s lots of activities to enjoy with great food and entertainment! Well worth the stay and I would most definitely recommend staying there. I will be going back to Memphis next month and I’ll be staying there again!"

"I took my mom for a visit to Graceland and staying at the Guesthouse was a definite bonus! It was beautiful and immaculate. Everyone from the front desk to the bartender, the wait staff and the young girl that made our omelettes were attentive and friendly. We also loved the live band and Elvis movies! It was a perfect stay for a memorable mom and daughter weekend. I will highly recommend staying The Guesthouse!"

"Room was clean, housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast was what to be expected for being included in the stay. You have a mixture of staff hospitality. Parking was extra but on the property able to access from the building. "

"Checking in the clerk was very friendly and helpful. It was the shifts that followed that was horrible. The customer service went down tremendously from that evening til the next day. We also experienced the smell of marijuana heavily in our room after being gone all day. The staff handled this very poorly. I just feel like if I pay my hard earned money that my concerns should be addressed properly. It wasn’t til checkout that the host that was originally there at check in assured me that I wouldn’t get an extra charge and apologized. Honestly I would never book this hotel again. The area was really convenient but I’d rather travel a little further that have to deal with attitudes."

"A trip back in time, all was fantastic, accommodations from upkeep, rooms, restaurant food and the drinks in the lobby bar was fantastic. The hotel gives you the feeling of going 50 years back in time. Southern charm and hospitality. And not to forget the Duck ceremony every day, going from the fountain up to their sleeping quarters on the roof."

"It’s best to access the hotel through the shopping center road and lots. The side road entrance is not kept up at all. No fault of the hotel management, I’m sure. "
