"Had a bit of a stressful start because I accidentally booked the wrong dates, and it was non-refundable and couldn’t be changed. Luckily, Kristen was amazing and helped us sort it out. When we went to get ready at 2 am - no linens, pillows, blankets…!! Not the time to be calling housekeeping. Paying 21x3 for parking is ridiculous in these days of customer satisfaction. "
