"Most importantly it was clean and beds were comfortable. Front desk employees were great! Breakfast employees were mia so missing coffee and food items didn’t get replenished. Towels need upgraded, so small. Overall recommend."

"We were able to visit the Arch and enjoy a Cardinals game. We also went to the aquarium, which is great if you are traveling with kids. This home was very clean the beds were Great. The neighbor was quiet Everything you needed was provided for you. Our first night the shower head broke off, we were able to find a spare shower head and a pair of pliers, got it fixed with no problems. We will stay here again when visiting St Louis. Thank you for thinking of everything to make our visit very memorable"

"Parking was okay. No breakfast after 9"

"When we arrived there was no staff to check us in. We waited over 25 minutes ringing the bell. Attempted to call the number to the hotel and it went straight to voicemail. Finally a girl came out of one of the rooms nearby looking like she just woke up to check us in. No apologies. Then we make it to the room. Reason we had booked this was because of the 2 queens and a pull out. The pull out was a joke! The mattress on it was as thick as cardboard so if you like bars in your back then you’re in luck. Also no linen for the pull out so I had to go down and talk to our sleepy lobby attendant. Don’t expect your room to be made up during the stay. Also the air is random in the room where it will blast cold air about once an hour. Made the mistake of staying here and if it were any longer I would’ve changed hotels."

"Check in went fine- got into our room and looked like someone had spilled a soda or similar on floor and it did not get cleaned up. Floor was very sticky in spots. Bathtub/shower was just weird. Very narrow and felt like bottom of tub was broken and they had laid a rubber mat over it. Felt like you were stepping in a hole."

"Very clean duplex, had everything we needed. Needed to finish up painting in bathroom, not a big problem. Excellent communication and she was always available for help!! Not much on TV unless you wanted to get into your accounts. Area around duplex was not much to look at. Duplex located in a very depressed side of town. "
