We were upgraded to two rooms so my friend & I were super happy about that ! Thank you ! The only drawback for me was the air conditioner which kept vibrating & buzzing & I ended up removing the batteries from the remote so I could grab some sleep . My bed & pillow was one of the most comfortable I’ve stayed in for a long time .

Great property! We had a nice view of the Yarra and the property was perfect for the two of us for a long weekend. Comfortable bed, quite spacious, and good kitchenette. There is a variety of great restaurants downstairs and across the river, with easy access to trams and shops as well. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this property.

The staff went over and above to assist us and upgraded us to a double room apartment before we arrived. Amazing service. Room was very clean and tiny. Everything was so close to public transport and eatery. Definitely would stay there again and recommend.

Staff was amazing :) From before the check-in until check-out 5 star for Reception staff Property location is great - walkable to amenities, good transportation available Not much shopping around though, need to go into city for the malls Overall I would give 3.5 to 4 stars for our stay here

The location of the property is everything, it is a very nice area. I did not like that the company is asking a lot of personal (data security sensitive) information via internet. Copy license, full credit card details, while I already paid, etc. Overall very nice experience though

Extremely close to Exhibition centre, where we needed to go. Had an issue and was promptly rectified. Communication was amazing . Would definitely recommend. Signage for spa operational directions would help. I would stay here again. The water pressure in the shower was perfect.

Lovely apartment and fantastic location, apart from the ongoing construction (June 2023) directly off our lounge room which started very early in the morning and finished late in the evening; everything else was great. Excellent facilities on site as well and very welcoming, even for my registered assistance dog. Would stay here again.

This was one of the best location we ever had in any of the vacations we had. walking distances to every place you wanted to visit or walk to tram to get. Staying in this property was super as well. , plenty of space. Views from this property was excellent. Love to go back to this property When we plan to re visit Melbourne.

We loved the location. It was located near the MCEC where our International Convention was held. Close distance to great dining and shopping. We were disappointed with NO counter space or storage in the bathroom and the couch in the living room needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. The kitchen cooking pots and pans need to be upgraded. We were so central, an easy 10 minute walk to Southern Cross train station, and about 5 minutes to tram stops. The apartments are across the river from the convention centre, and near the DFO shopping centre. There are plenty of dining options near by and many more a short walk away, plus a convenience store next door. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartments were fully equipped with cooking facilities and very secure. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
