Cityside (StayCentral on Whiteman) is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment: with a king bed and splittable queen bed. Your Melbourne corporate apartment includes high quality furnishings and appliances, linen, bath towels, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, and a large LCD TV. It has free Netflix, and access via an Amazon Stick to many other programs.


You can enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony (Melbourne weather permitting) whilst taking in the view of nearby Melbourne city. We also love the trams right out front, so it is so easy to get around. You can wander across the road to the Southbank Promenade with all the great restaurants, a short walk to South Melbourne Market for some delicious food, or take a tram ride into the city or to Port Melbourne to enjoy the beach. It is really a perfect place to enjoy Melbourne!

It has a Walk Score of 97 out of 100. This location is a Walkers Paradise so daily errands do not require a car.


Cityside is brilliantly located; just across the road from Melbourne Convention Exhibition Centre and just across the Yarra River from Melbourne CBD. It's a very short walk to Crown Casino and the adjacent Southbank Promenade with its buskers, award-winning restaurants, cafes overlooking the river, and multiple, fashionable shops. Walk to the end of this, and find yourself in the Arts Precinct on St Kilda Road, and the nearby Federation Square and Flinders St Station.


GETTING AROUND

The trams are just out front, and can take you to Port Melbourne, St Kilda, or the other way into the CBD and to wherever you want to from there; or you can just walk into the CBD quite easily. It is a one minute walk from the 109 Port Melbourne - Box Hill tram, the 12 Victoria Gardens - St Kilda (Fitzroy St) tram and the 96 St Kilda Beach - East Brunswick tram at the 125-Port Junction/79 Whiteman St (Southbank) stop. Also, if you only travel on the trams within the city grid, it's free, and you don't need a Myki card.

Our greeter will meet you at the apartment. Please note:
On check in, the person in whose name the booking was made will need to provide their photo ID, and sign a registration form confirming the receipt of remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms & Conditions.

LATE ARRIVALS
For guests arriving between 22:00 and 08:00 there is a late arrival fee of $100.00
For no shows, there is a no show fee of $100

PET STAYS
Pets are welcome. Please include them in your booking. Please note you must abide by the pet terms and conditions: Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds, Pets cannot disturb neighbours and you must thoroughly clean up after your pet.
