- Please note that this property is located in the heart of Melbourne CBD where multiple construction sites happen at the same time, please consider this before booking since standard construction noise is expected in this area.



- To access, you will need to retrieve the keys from a different location about 1 min walking from the building's entrance (110 metres). Please keep this in mind while checking in. Due to Council regulations, lockboxes aren't longer permitted around the CBD and Southbank area, please keep this in mind before booking.
