Readyset Terms and Conditions/ House Rules:

Readyset Apartments is a collection of private apartments, townhouses and holiday homes that are generally situated in residential building complexes where an owner’s corporation rules are strictly monitored, enforced, and need to be adhered to.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on balconies, a charge of AUD700 will apply if traces of smoking in the apartment are found.

Check In Requirements:
Guests are required to confirm their identity upon request through way of official documentation including passport, driver’s licence or national identity card and present the credit card that was used to make the reservation.

There is a strict “No Party Policy” imposed, where severe penalties apply.

Guests must oblige to keep noise within the building premises to a minimum after 9:00PM on all nights, in respect for other residents in the building.

A security deposit of $295 will be pre-authorised on the credit card provided within 7 days prior to arrival.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
Absolutely DO NOT recommend this property. We arrived at the property after the advised check in time due to delay in flight, and 'cleaner' was inside the property still. Advised us that the oven hob gas was faulty and was sparking every few seconds - told us she had told the property management however they wouldnt fix it. Property was dirty - floors did not appear to be vacuumed, stains and dirt on couch, cushions, strong odor in main bathroom. No toilet paper supplied at all.Carpet damaged and most curtains damaged in all the rooms. Documents found in property indicating it may have been used improperly by previous guests.Contacted the property support for help - mainly around the gas hob due to safety - support was not given and phone call terminated by staff - attempted to send photos as requested through email however email did not work.No resolution or support given and phone calls not answered when attempted to clarify email address for evidence of issues.Overall terrible service, dirty apartment and felt unsafe due to someone being in the property when arriving.
