Perfectly located on the 5th floor (with lift access) of the Silverleaf building, this cozy property offers the ultimate balance of comfort and convenience. Both bedrooms feature Queen beds, making it ideal for couples, friends, or business travellers, with secure parking for one car is included for those driving. The apartment is not suitable for families with young children sorry.

The Melbourne Grand Prix is also right on your doorstep, making this the perfect base during race season. We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them. If you are unsure about any of the above policies or have any questions we would appreciate it if you send us a message and do not use the instant book function.
