For a budget motel, it exceeded expectations. Staff are absolutely amazing. Cleaner than more expensive places i have stayed at Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The fact that we had to empty bins and clean up after ourselves when it was obvious that the previous people had not , the window cills were filthy , it was noisy but the bed was pretty good,

Cabin was not clean. I stepped on broken glass & cut my foot inside the Cabin. Weeds growing up thru hole in bottom of cupboard in bathroom. Spider webs on the ironing board. Light did not work in bed 2. So disappointed as I flew from QLD for my mothers funeral 😡

I’m a plasterer and there was someone in the roof cavity, No joke there was someone up there you could here them moving and hence the down lights at angles, No noise the next day from ceiling cavity.

We were unable to sleep on our worn out mattress and removed the mattress from base and put it on floor, still not better. Hardly slept. What a back breaker

It was our 2nd time to the park. Great Clean Park, has a nice pool, unfortunately This time the pool was closed most of our stay due to a dirty dust/ash downpour, but they worked hard to get it sparkling clean for our last day. Would definitely stay again.

Service with smile. Bedroom mattress needs upgrade very uncomfortable. Couch was broken not able to use. Bathroom Dirty Power switch in bathroom didn’t work properly.
