Newly Built Leafy Studio near Hospitals

  • Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

    Located on the doorstep of the Austin/Mercy Hospital, Heidelberg Repatriation Hospital and Warringal Private Hospital, with cafes and public transport direct to the CBD very close by.

    Short walk to train Ivanhoe and Heidelberg train stations. A direct train ride to the city is 25 minutes.

    Full access to the studio, including secure onsite parking.

    The space
    Newly built one bedroom studio in the owner's back garden. Built to accommodate owners relatives visiting from Ireland.

    Shared driveway, pathways and garden with owners, but independent, separate dwelling. Come and go as you please.

    Double glazed, insulated and cosy in a very quiet space. Neighbours are respectful. Leafy surroundings with lots of trees. You will sometimes see some owls, possums and kookaburras visiting the garden.

    Fully functioning kitchen and laundry.
