☀ Please note - check in is after 3pm unless otherwise arranged. I'm generally quite flexible with check in unless there is someone the night before. So if you would like an early check in, please request this.

☀ Flexible check in with key collection via key safe in front of the building.

☀ Check out before 10am unless otherwise arranged. Again, I am generally quite flexible, and if you would like a later check in and there is no one staying after you, please request this.

☀ I am happy to have bookings on the same day. However, please bear with me for a couple of hours for me to have the place cleaned and prepared prior to your check in.

☀ You will be provided with one set of keys (key and swipe). Please do not lose this as it will cost $200 for a replacement.

☀ Please do not lock yourself out of the unit. If I am around, I can easily let you in, however if I am not - I will need to pay my cleaner $50 to open the door for you (and that depends whether they are available).
