KEYS
Keys can be collected from the convenience store across the road from the apartment: Melbourne Letsave Convenience Store, 8 Power Street, Southbank 3006.

Opening hours:
Every day from 08.30 am to midnight.

Please let us know if you're arriving or departing outside of these times.

Instructions for leaving keys outside convenience store hours: Please place the keys in the drop box on the left side near the front door of the convenience store, in a mailbox labelled "Yabonza Key Drop."

Your unique key code will be included in the house manual, which will be sent 3 days prior to your stay.

ARRIVING OUTSIDE OF OPENING HOURS
Please check the opening hours for your home's key collection location. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, we can arrange access via a key lockbox for your convenience. Please note there is a $50 fee to set this up.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

GETTING AROUND
You're in the centre of town so a car is not required however there is a paid car park next door to the complex if needed.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we reserve the right to evict guests.
