This architecturally inspired building is very new and is set right between St Kilda and the botanical gardens precinct overlooking Albert Park Lake. It is the premier location for any visit to Melbourne: the trams along St Kilda road will drop you in the city within 10 minutes and also the funky and vibrant restaurants and cafes of St Kilda are only a few minutes walk away.
The space includes 2 bedrooms (queen bed in each), open plan kitchen with a wonderful entertainers balcony with views to Albert Park lake and Port Phillip bay and beyond.
