The apartment has been configured as a room for two or to be used in combination with a Apartment 6 as a family room. The apartment is shielded from Hoddle Street, with windows facing onto Egan Street, and has low level noise internally. Key features: Bunk beds, Egan Street view, low sound, separate lounge and bedroom.

Access to the garden area is available to guests between 4pm and 8pm daily.
