There is a new under cover alfresco dining space with fully equipped BBQ, there’s ample parking in the circular driveway and the accommodation is a breath of fresh air. Being light and bright and every room, starting with the huge living room with open fire place, dining table that extends for family dinners, modern kitchen with gas cooking, dishwasher, plenty of cooking provisions and butlers pantry, 3 large bedrooms all with sliding doors to bring the outdoors to inside, 2 stunning bathrooms. The homes amazing features includes convenient location, only being a 5 minutes’ walk to the Rye Foreshore, within walking distance to Blairgowrie Village shops and cafes, close to the Ocean beach, and a short drive to all the amenities of Sorrento Township. Unfortunately, this property is not pet friendly as it’s not fenced. NB. There’s wood for the open fire at the property which can be used for an additional charge of $75, please let us know if you intend on using the open fireplace.
