Both bathrooms are modern and well-appointed. The main bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, and a European laundry with a washing machine adds practical convenience.

Guest access
Guest can access the entire apartment, and the facilities provided in the building.
There is no parking available in the building; paid street parking (time restrictions) and secured paid parking is available around the building.

Stay Buddy is not responsible for the availability of building facilities especially if they are closed by the building management for maintenance or safety reasons. Our primary focus is on providing accommodation. Please note that we have no control over the operation or availability of these facilities.
Other things to note
- Check-in is from 3pm, and check-out is by 10am. If you'd like to request an early check-in or late check-out, please inform the host in advance. Priority is given to pre-arranged requests, and last-minute changes may not be possible.
- To ensure a smooth arrival, we have arranged for key collection located just 450m from the apartment (7-minute walk). Key collection/drop-off hours are STRICTLY from 9.30am to 8pm, Monday to Friday, and 10am to 7pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Any check-ins later than these times may not be accommodated, please contact the host for confirmation before booking. Late notice requests may not be accepted and, if approved, will incur an additional travel fee.
-You will be receiving 1 fob and 1 apartment key. Please contact host if you require more than 1 set of key. Depends on availability. Lost key/swipe charges: $200. Please take care of the fob and keys to avoid inconvenience.
- The apartment is stocked with essentials to make your stay comfortable, including toiletries, fresh towels, tea, coffee, and kitchen necessities. These are meant to get you started and may not last your entire stay. If you need more, feel free to ask our team for nearby store recommendations.
- This apartment is not brand new, while we have done our best to maintain it in good condition, some wear and tear is to be expected. Thank you for your understanding.
Should any maintenance issues arise during your stay, we will do our best to address them promptly. However, arranging for contractors may take at least 2-3 working days, and immediate resolution cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding.
** APARTMENT WINDOW CLEANING
External window cleaning is managed by the Owner’s Corporation and follows a set schedule. Unfortunately, we have no control over this process. We apologize in advance if the windows need cleaning during your stay.
