Positioned opposite the sparkling bay, close to Green Point foreshore gardens, and just a short stroll to the iconic Brighton Bathing Boxes, this location offers peace and privilege with the best of Brighton Beach right on your doorstep.

This bright and airy apartment features two bedrooms - one with a luxurious Queen bed and another with two singles that comfortably sleeps up to four guests, catering to various travel purposes. Experience the convenience of basement parking for one vehicle. The generous living areas include a smart TV and a dining area that seamlessly spills out to an exceptionally generous, wrap-around courtyard. Nestled close to Green Point, our apartment offers proximity to local attractions, shopping, dining, and the picturesque surroundings of Brighton. Whether you're here for a beach day or exploring the vibrant city, you'll find our location convenient and accessible.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.

Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
