This newer oceanfront home will exceed your expectations. Views are fantastic and property was recently remodeled. Location is just five miles north of Sebastian Inlet which has some of the best fishing in Florida. Honest John's Fish Camp is nearby and you can rent boats to explore Indian River.

Spring Break

Nice house, Right on the beach, beautiful views, kitchen is well appointed, beds were great. We had a great time. Fished with a guide in Sebastian Inlet, 5 miles away. Could use some beach chairs and a better grille. We brought our own beach chairs. Would recommend.

Wonderful vacation

We really enjoy our time at The Pelican Point beach house. The location is awesome, right on the beach. Everything is spotless! House is impeccable and has everything you need. We will come back for sure. Bedrooms are spacious, and bathrooms super clean. The outside is gorgeous and has plenty of seating to enjoy the view. It even have a shower outside with cold and hot water!. I recommended 100%.
