"One of the main reasons we booked is because it said crib/infant bed available, that was a lie. When we get to the hotel I asked for a crib they tell me they don’t have them, but on the listing it says it and it also says in under each picture. Okay we will figure out it. I have a 4 month old and could not the co sleeper in my car. My husband volunteered to sleep on the couch bed (he rolls a lot in his sleep). Perfect figured that out. We head up to the room. TRASH allll over our floor leading to our room. It’s fine they’ll pick it up, NOPE. It was there the whole time. Pull out the couch bed and it’s DISGUSTING. There were black stains all over. My husband who’s slept in pretty awful conditions (he’s military) said nope. It won’t go back in now because it’s broken and rusted. He ends up sleeping on the floor. We order pots pans and plates to cook with, they come dirty with burnt rice all over them. This might have been one of the top worst hotels stays I’ve had. I WILL NOT be staying here again YUUUCCKKK. "

"Toilet did not flush properly. Purchased toilet brush to assist with issue. Male staff was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast looked good although I did not partake. Room appeared cleaned. Good location! "

"So the overall stay was great, but the cleaning crew needs to be more professional so we had stepped out for a bit and when we returned to enter our room one of the cleaning staff felt that it was okay to utilize our charger to charge her phone while she cleaned between two rooms. Secondly on a different day the cleaning staff can by and I ask her to come back because my kids were still trying to get up and showered, so upon her return my 5 year old daughter was watching tv and she says oh you can’t be in the room when I clean, I’m like seriously so we stepped out, upon arriving back to the room which she was done with by the way, she got an attitude because my kids and I came back inside so she left. Then on another day the cleaning staff came in and cleaned the bathroom and pulled the trash but didn’t make the beds, on and they acted as if giving us enough towels was a problem there were four people in the room with only two face towels so we continued to ask and it would seem to stick but throughout our stay having towels became an issue. Oh, and yes they do serve breakfast but it’s not anything you’d think it just cereal, bagels, toast, apple/orange juice and coffee nothing fancy just convenient I guess."
