"When I first showed up Friday morning, October 2 the desk clerk - Linda was kind of rude and abrupt. I had stopped in before check in time just to let the staff know I was in town, and to see if any rooms would be available before the advertised 4pm check in time. I was not looking to get a room just then as it was about 6:30am. Linda responded like I was trespassing on the property, when actually I was going to be there for 3 nights starting that Friday. Everything and all the rest of the staff for the property was excellent. However, Linda needs to learn, initial responses make for a lasting impression. Otherwise, great location, nice place, comfortable and clean rooms, excellent breakfast offerings, and great accommodations."
