Excellent place for a lower cost

This motel is an excellent place to stay when you don’t want to spring for one of the higher cost places. It may not be a fancy place, but it’s great for the price. The front desk staff member was always super friendly.

No obvious key dropoff. Office was closed at 930 am and had to knock on the door and ring the buzzer to get someone to come and get the key so we could check out. Room reasonably clean but very outdated. Nothing else was available due to the Stampede in Medicine Hat.

Book the hotel online only to find out it has new owners so the booking didn’t work however the old owners still take your credit card information. Was a little sketchy. When we arrived there was one room available however it had no fridge, tv or coffee maker like stated and they were still charging full price.

The bed Wayne slept in was broken!! The TV was not working properly. It would play for 1 few minutes then cut out, restart and play for a few minutes more. This was continuous!! The carpet is very dirty. Stains all over. Air conditioning did not cool. No matter what setting I put it on, it blew the same air!!

It's a dated motel, but very clean and well kept up, easy to get in and out of, and very reasonable prices. - For a place to sleep, shower, and be on your way, this is an ideal motel.

Good bang for the buck

Great bang for the buck. Easy checkin, free parking on site. Room clean with all the basic amenities, good shower, wifi worked fine. Located right off of highway 1. Not much in the area (industrial) but there is a gas station with convenience store and a craft brewery within walking distance.

Front desk indicated it was open daily from 6 am - 12 am, we arrived at 11pm and it was closed. Had to wait for whoever was running it to get out of bed and give us a key to a room. The hotel booking also indicated we would receive continental breakfast with our booking. However, we did not receive any breakfast upon checking out early august when we were leaving the motel at approximately 9:00 am
