The staff was very nice and helpful. We met Brett at the reception for the check in and he went above and beyond, super polite and so nice. The hotel and room are very nice and clean, the room was big and very comfortable. The breakfast honestly was AMAZING!! That was the best continental breakfast I had so far. Our dog stayed with no problems. And they have tesla EV chargers, free! That was a big plus for us! Definitely recommend this place!

Everything was good. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok with the basics. Pool and hot tub and area were very clean. The poor front desk staff member was given a very hard time about the hot tub being out of service temporarily. He handled the situation with grace and we tried to alleviate the very uncomfortable situation. Carpets in the room do not feel great. A bit yucky.
