"The hotel was well located, very close to the metro that takes you to Boston Downtown in 25 minutes. On a walking distance from the hotel there is Assembly Square, an area with outlets and some bars and restaurants. Very close to hotel there are also several options for lunch or dinner. "The house was beautiful and very clean. My cousin (an adult) loved staying in the little tent in the big room. Plenty of parking, good quiet neighborhood and close to both Boston and Salem which was perfect for our trip. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Coffee was stocked which was very appreciated by all of the over caffeinated women of my family. :-) The only notes we had was that the ceiling is thin so the upstairs neighbors walking around or whatever other activities they were doing...

"Simply furnished, it felt comfortable and spacious. There is a laundry available in the basement with great large new machines (but the basement is classic "old house in New England", iykyk). Noise from upstairs units (3 in this house) was audible but not disruptive. Nice neighborhood of many other 2-3 unit houses. 10-20 min. walk (depending on age/speed and choice of path) to the green line E-train T stop. "This cozy yet spacious house in Medford was perfect for our family's weekend getaway. It's located in a safe, walkable neighborhood that's a mile from the shops and restaurants at Assembly Row. There's a great little Italian cafe called Cafe del Mar about a block away and a nice park with a playground across from the cafe. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Alyssa was prompt and helpful with communicating with us before and during our stay. We would stay here again! "
