Two issues that unfortunately will mean I would not book again - the wifi will not hold up for business calls and the vegetarian options are very limited compared to other hotels I have stayed in in Almaty. If neither is important to you than this is a decent hotel pick! "

Dana, Front Desk Staff, was incredible and the only one who cared and communicated in English. Dana was helpful and I thank her for her thoughtfulness."
