"From start to finish my stay at riad marraplace was superb. I wish I was staying longer. My airport transfer worked really well and took stress out of arrival in a foreign land alone. Then I was greeted with such warmth and a tea on the rooftop before settling in my lovely room. The decoration and attention to detail is wonderful in the hotel shared areas and my room. I was also grateful for the water and sweets in my room - such a thoughtful touch. Staff were so helpful and provided advice on getting to see what i wanted, eat out and catch a taxi to my next destination. The breakfast was amazing, such s lovely selection of local treats and was really filling. Location was brilliant in a quiet street but so close to everything. Basically I just loved it and can't fault this hotel. I hope to come back."

"We had a great stay at Riad Karmela and we were impressed how warm and helpful the staff are. Mohamed and Amine were especially helpful to us with arranging transportation and making sure we get to our destinations on time and safely. The breakfast was amazing and there were lots of options with fresh fruits and vegetables. Our room was spacious and clean. We highly recommend this hotel and good location in the medina. "

"Honestly couldn’t be more pleased with my visit. The most amazing hospitality, service, room, amenities, breakfast and more. Great property to spend your visit highly recommended would for sure come back. Note it’s a bit on the further side of the square (25 mins) but still a pleasant walk with lots of great shops and restaurants near by. "

"The Riad Monceau provided us with the best possible experience of Marrakech. They treated us like family the whole way through, willing to accommodate every request. "For a city hotel this is quality. Roof top pool, restaurant amazing. I would of given 5stars but the bed and pillows far to hard and mattress topper needs to be thicker as my double bed was two singles pushed together. What is 5 stars are the staff all of them are so genuine. Special shout out goes to Samir keept bumping into him all over the hotel, so helpful and with a big smile on his face. "
