Ibrahim was an excellent host and arranged an alternative excursion when our other supplier fell through. "By far the best place to stay in Marrakech. The staff was amazing and attentive and the Riad was well kept and gorgeous. The breakfast each morning was delicious and the staff gave many recommendations for restaurants and things to do around the city. The rooms were all very well decorated with many amenities. Everything is close by and walkable as well. The shuttle to and from the airport was also very convenient. "

I contacted riad manager Ouady for the Sahara tour info while I just booked the stay and he helped me to arrange the itinerary to fit my needs. It turned out the Sahara private tour was the highlight of our Morocco trip! "Our stay at the Four Seasons was nothing short of exceptional. The resort itself is absolutely stunning - from the beautifully maintained grounds to the luxurious, spotless rooms.
All the restaurants in the hotel including breakfast was amazing. The waiters at breakfast were warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome each morning (they even remembered how we liked our coffee served). The pool staff also went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time by pool
We did have one small hiccup when booking a spa treatment - due to a miscommunication, we were booked into the wrong treatment. However, the way the situation was handled truly stood out. The spa manager personally greeted me at breakfast the next day, corrected the booking, and generously offered a massage as a gesture of goodwill. This level of care turned what could have been a minor disappointment into yet another reason to recommend this hotel.
Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The combination of beautiful surroundings, exceptional food, and genuinely lovely staff makes the Four Seasons a place I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a truly memorable stay."
"From the moment we arrived, the staff at Riad Montecau made our stay exceptional. Soffian, the receptionist, greeted us with incredible kindness and was always ready to help with any questions. Abdel Halim, the porter, was equally helpful and ensured our luggage was taken care of and assisted us with extras.
The interiors of the riad are beautiful, and the honeymoon suite truly exceeded our expectations. The hot tub in the bathroom truly added luxury and romance to our experience. The room was stunning, also impeccably clean and well-maintained.
What stood out most was the staff's dedication to providing outstanding service. They happily arranged our laundry, offered excellent recommendations for local attractions, and always went the extra mile to ensure our needs were met. "I’m writing this review mainly because of Ilhan at reception and how awesome she is (give her a raise!) she hosted us for Moroccan tea every day and is a ray of sunshine and a wealth of information.
The hostel itself is beautiful, safe, walking distance to everything you need and has a nice pool.
My only downside was that there was smoking everywhere outside…

"One of the most beautiful resorts in Marrakech — its rating doesn’t truly reflect the level of enjoyment, exceptional service, and warm hospitality offered to guests. The rooms are modern and spacious, and every service — from housekeeping to guest relations to the pool team — is outstanding. The breakfast buffet is also impressively large, offering a wide variety of both local and international dishes.
I was pleasantly surprised with a birthday celebration: my room was beautifully decorated, and I was presented with a birthday cake and a lovely bouquet of flowers.
It was truly a remarkable experience, and one I will definitely repeat.
