First thing is how clean and fresh the place looked and how incredible the staff were. They were so helpful! Always polite and attentive. Always smiling too. The breakfast was great and lots of it, the room was very clean and and well maintained. The shower was great too and nothing ever broke or went wrong. I struggle to fault this place, and so glad I found it, only thing which is general to most of the riads, taxis can’t go fully outside the door but don’t worry the staff are so helpful they’ll get it sorted. Amazing stay and so grateful to them.

What a great place to stay in Marrakesh! From start to finish, the customer service team made us feel like a second home. Mo, Mohammed and Oaudy are the assets for this Riad. They helped in every possible way they can Such a pleasant experience

We had a great stay at the Riad Hart Essoura. Fatima and Mohammed were great and made us feel really welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Also the Riad was clean and in a great location.

Everything is perfect here! I love the vibe and the design of the riad, and warm service. I contacted riad manager Ouady for the Sahara tour info while I just booked the stay and he helped me to arrange the itinerary to fit my needs. It turned out the Sahara private tour was the highlight of our Morocco trip! I would thank manager Ouady and our driver ( sorry I forgot the name of our driver) and you guys made our trip so memorable!
