For the first time visiting Colombia this hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly specifically Andres and Lorena. I suggest the spa’s services for recovering after a long flight or just to treat yourself. The rooftop pool is heated and has a magnificent view do not forget to order a few cocktails while you are in there. If you are hungry there is a nice restaurant with live performances that is open until midnight.

I am Colombian and I feel that they abuse the prices. For example, in the morning I ordered a jug of orange juice with ginger, they charged me $16,000 and then in the evening for a glass they wanted to charge the same… I don't know if it is bad communication or it is simply abuse. … strange because it's the 3rd time I've stayed at this hotel but this time it was completely different

The York Luxury suites was such a great choice. I enjoyed my stay and the staff was super nice. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was so good. It didn’t matter if I went for breakfast lunch or dinner I enjoyed it. The rooftop pool was so beautiful and the bar at the top was a nice touch. I just wished there were more things closer in walking distance to do but overall I would recommend this place and stay again. Thank you for everything Mi Gente

This was our second time staying at York Luxury Suites Medellín and we loved it. It is a very luxurious, safe, and clean hotel. The views from this hotel are immaculate. The staff is always very welcoming and nice. Edison Sanchez always greeted us with a smile and was always helpful. It is a short ride to Provenza, but far enough to enjoy some quality sleep. It is near the Sao Paulo shopping area which has a lot of great dining options and there is a grocery store (Carulla) and pharmacies near by. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Medellín.

York Luxury is the best hotel ever! The service here is incomparable. We visited Medellin for teo nights. Everything was super clean. The rooftop bar is amazing. My husband and I traveled together and we would love to return to take advantage of just relaxing here instead of us doing tours back to back. Will return next year!

Luxurious hotel! Loved the view from the pool and bar on the 23rd floor! Unfortunately the gym was very basic. Everything else was wonderful! The rooms were very quiet and clean, great cleaning staff! The door men/women at the entrance were welcoming and friendly. The front desk personnel were excellent! The food was great. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you.
