the most thing i liked was the staff, I love a few of them more than others (lucas, the bartender, front desk, cleaning staff was amazing i would stay here again just because of them, i didn't like the kitchen lady in the morning, it was always and issue with the eggs and you're only allowed two eggs whenever she she felt like it, i usually ask for 3 eggs but it was an issue, the main street in front of the hotel is not the cleanest and at night its very dark the entrance of the hotel if the bartender is not there there's no illumination.

I liked the customer service Lucas gave us. He was very attentive and helpful. I didn’t like that I could hear everything in my room, the bar noise, music, people talking. The hotel staff gave us earplugs for sleeping. Is a good location near everything, but if you have a light sleep you won’t sleep properly.

Beautiful property, safe & lively area. Highly recommended! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at lleras green hotel. Excellent customer service & very attentive staff. Shout out to Emanuel, Lucas & Henry. Emanuel went out of his way to walk me 5 minutes down the road to a recommended restaurant for lunch. Good breakfast and best of all, amazing price. Hermosa propiedad, zona segura y animada. ¡Muy recomendable! Tuve una estadía absolutamente maravillosa en el hotel Lleras Green. Excelente servicio al cliente y personal muy atento. Un saludo a Emanuel, Lucas y Henry. Emanuel hizo todo lo posible para acompañarme 5 minutos hasta un restaurante recomendado para almorzar. Buen desayuno y, lo mejor de todo, un precio increíble.

The room, which was a suite, did not have a telephone. I was on the sixth floor and I had to go down several times to tell them that there was no towel, the TV did not work, they cleaned poorly, and in total I had to go down three times. I asked the person who works at the front desk, who did not have a telephone, and he told me that there was no telephone in the room. I was there for 8 days and the day before I left I spoke to the supervisor and they put a telephone in for me. I was in room 602, and the shower faucet kept coming out.

My stay at Lleras Green Hotel was unpleasant. I was told I wouldn’t be charged for having guests and still got charged. I felt they were racist towards American tourists that visited. The description of the hotel was false. Didn’t have bilingual speakers to translate for Americans. My friend stayed at the same hotel as me and he upgraded his room to avoid being charged fees and still got charged. Customer service was terrible.
