Such an impressive mall. With the heat that we struggled to adapt to in Medellin, we often found ourselves seeking out the comfort of air conditioned malls. The room was clean and the hotel was nice overall. I will say it was difficult to reach them by text if we needed things like towels. The breakfast was really good and the area felt safe with lots to do within walking distance likes night life and restaurants.
