Dirty room, leaking taps, bathroom smells like urine, rusty and grimy shower heads and screens, stains on linen and sheets, unhygienic fridge, cracked walls, broken and dirty furniture.
Staff provided little to no help in regards to how to access hot water, and all other inquiries that we had during our stay.
