We reserved a non smoking room. We were put in a room with our small children that had obvious and strong cigarette odor and told nothing else was available. We were then offered a room as an alternative that had water damage and was filled with mold and mildew smell. While waiting, a couple of friends checked out early and I asked to take their room. It too had a mildew smell but it was the least strong of the rooms offered to us. I want a full refund.

We were given a room in the first floor. I wondered if because it was so convenient the bed would be worn out. I was relieved. The bed and bedding were in great shape. I thanked the staff.

First room was not cleaned. 2nd room was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. Trash was not taken out from room. Definitely not worth the price and definitely NOT 8.6!!
