The Driftwood is the largest of three cottages available at Duneview Resort and sleeps up to 20 guests. For extended families or larger groups, all three cottages together can accommodate up to 40 guests – an ideal setup for reunions or retreats! (Based on availability – early booking recommended.)
As the crown jewel of the resort, Driftwood Cottage sits directly on the beach and features a newly remodeled lower level (2024), plus stunning views of both sunrise and sunset. Enjoy a pool table, two kitchens, a game room, a large deck, fire pit, and shaded patio – all overlooking beautiful Silver Lake.
With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps 20. The private sandy beach features a shallow, knee-deep entry that extends 200 feet – perfect for kids to swim and play. You’re welcome to bring your own boat, or inquire about pontoon rental options through the platform.

Spacious place with a view
Place was nice, located right on Silver lake with private beach! Kids enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking. Upper floor needs a refresh, kitchen was well stocked, the deck and the patio below were spacious and the view was amazing! Host was friendly and responsive!
One thing however that is worth noting is the long list of things to do before checking out. It is expected that you wash and dry all the towels, sweep the deck and vacuum inside, while check out time is earlier than other places and you are still charged a sizeable cleaning fee..Certain asks are reasonable like wiping down, taking the garbage out, organizing the place as it was when we came in, but others could be reconsidered.
