Lake Michigan Beach home, sandy beach, Brand new hot tub Feb 2026.

  • Fantastic cottage on Lake Michigan. The high bluff allows for a priceless view of Lake Michigan through an unforgettable picture window. Our cottage has 150 feet of private frontage along Lake Michigan, and stairs down to Lake Michigan. A a brand new 8 person HOT TUB was delivered in February 2026. The hot tub is perched on the back patio about 30 feet from the edge of the Lake Michigan Bluff.

    Sun-room offers great views and has comfy seating

    Main floor also offers living room with commanding Lake Michigan view. Big screen TV in cozy living room along with gas fireplace. Large, well equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space. All new appliances in 24-25. Full bath on main floor. Main floor master bedroom with king bed. Upper level with two additional bedrooms and full bath. One upper bedroom has a king bed and the other upper bedroom has a queen bed. Basement level has fourth bedroom with full size bed and additional 1/2 bath in the basement. Basement also has a bunk room a twin over twin bed.

    Cottage sleeps up to 11 in 4 separate bedrooms and the additional basement bunk room. Township limit is 10 guests. Cottage with is laid out as follows:

    Basement queen size bed
    Basement bunk room: twin bunk bed w a trundle.
