"Everything was perfect"

"When we arrived to the room, the toilet was not flushed and there was poop in it. We flushed it and called the front office to come and clean the bathroom. They were not well organized and it took over an hour for a technician to show up and realized we need it someone to clean the bathroom. Almost 2 hours after the 1st call to the front office 2 cleaning ladies came and said the toilet was not working. After almost 3 hours dealing with the issue we requested to get another room as it was already passed 1am. They never offered another room, we needed to request it and they gave us a new room after our complaint. Pretty sad, frustrating and disgusting situation."

"It’s been my second time back at the Golden Nugget and it’s going to be one of the best hotels to go to. Although it’s further away from the strip, there’s still many things very close by such as the Fremont Street. Many restaurants 24 hours. The staff were amazing and corrected the room for us without any issues. Loved everything about this hotel and such a great hotel for a good price!"

"All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money. We only stayed one night and I have to say due to all the smoking in the building I was surprised our room which was non smoking was great . I didn’t smell any smoke at all. Needless to stay they try to mask the smell in the lobby level with cleaning products . This isn’t a fault with TI, smoking is allowed most hotels. Free parking also great bonus. Of course the hotel is dated but well maintained and we really enjoyed the pool."

"I’m very disappointed in booking this hotel, after a 15 hours of Driving from Denver to Las Vegas all I wanted was to relax and since I stepped into the Lobby to check in the Assistant at the hotel desk was horrible helper , then the AC was off and the room temperature was 74 degrees inside the room I called the operator and all the said not to change the temperature because the AC will freeze and if I wanted a technician they will send it, about an 1 hour he arrived to do nothing, the I called front dest in regards the WIFI and the supposed customer service was a supervisor and she got upset because I ask to repeat the instructions of how to enter the password for it, due to this is that I booked 2 rooms one for me and my wife and the other for my in-laws and the front desk give us the wrong rooms that’s why my password wasn’t working. Please if you’re planning to stay in this hotel think twice and save your self a headache and disappointment. I wish can Expidia do something about this bc is not fair that we paid Expidia and they just received our money and stay quiet."
