"The property is massive, so be prepared for a lot of walking. It’s conveniently located on the Strip near dining and shopping. Our room was well-appointed, but housekeeping missed basics—no Kleenex and our trash wasn’t emptied during our two-night stay. We didn’t complain, as staff we encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. For a Michelin One Key property, this felt more like a solid 4-star presented as a 5-star. Dining options are plentiful but extremely expensive—even coffee and bottled water. The hotel clearly caters to high-end spenders and gamblers, with luxury retail throughout, and isn’t especially family-friendly unless budget isn’t a concern. The pool was also disappointing, with limited hours (9 AM–4 PM daily). We booked an Expedia package with a $150 food and beverage credit, which made the stay feel like a good value—otherwise, it would be harder to justify the cost. Standouts: the room service hostess was exceptional, and front desk staff were professional and welcoming. We’d consider staying again with a similar deal, but may try another property next time."

"It has a smoker casino and you have to register in the casino. All ways to the hotel are going through the casino and except of the cold pool all other amenities are shared with the casino. The smell from the smoke is very bad!"

"The house was great-stocked really well. Backyard can’t be beat. We asked to have the pool heated, and that was the right decision-with it about 70 degrees outside the pool was at 85 and more than comfortable. Kids had a really good time with the slide and waterfall. Location was about 10 min to the strip. Host was extremely responsive to our questions. "
