"I loved the location of this hotel- close to areas we wanted to be next to but not in the heart of the commotion. The beds and pillows were AMAZING! They charge you $35 per day and you have to use that money somewhere in the hotel (ie coffee, the bar, etc.) or you lose it which is not my favorite policy but we made it work at breakfast and grabbing extra bottles of beverages. Overall, the hotel needs some updates and renovations but I would stay again."

"The room was a little outdated and small for a family suite. It had only 1 bathroom to accommodate 4 kids and 2 adults. For a suite I believe we should have had at least a half bath as well. The view was crappy, had a corner suite that was adjacent to a brick wall. The staff was excellent and the location was amazing. Thats the only reason I gave 4 stars for location and staff or else it would have been a 2. "

"Extremely slow service at front desk. Rooms are not thoroughly cleaned. Found hairs on the bed. Didn't feel comfortable at this hotel at all! Just a sketchy outdated place. We barely slept due to the outside noise. When we arrive there were police at someone’s door. We had no toilet paper, not enough towels for amount of guests, and they didn’t service our room. Poor experience overall. ."

"The AC in the room did not work, multiple calls down to the front desk and it still did not wor. On one of the calls I was told by maitnenance it was too close to the end of their shift so it was not their problem... The radiator heat however would not turn off leaving the room a balmy 80 degrees the whole trip. "
