Very old property, door was squeaking and bathroom towels were not in good condition and bath tub was not blocking the water. Not plugs near bed.

This is an old building; it requires a full overhaul. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy. The property exit road leads to a heavy/fast traffic intersection that makes it hard and dangerous to merge in traffic.

The last days I found some little bugs (cockroaches) and when I reported on 04/25/2024 the front desk lady got upset and told me that instead of complaining I should had not chosen the hotel. That I should not complain because I was paying a cheap hotel and that was part of what a cheap price brings.

Last night when I was doing the check in, I asked the front desk woman that I had noticed some baby roaches on the bed. I was suggesting to send someone to room 212 ( which I had previously) and all of the sudden she got mad and started to tell me that if I had seen such issue I should not decided to comeback. That it was cheap but if I had complains about the roaches, that I should had stayed at a different hotel. This morning I was going to find who the manager was but I saw her and decided to write to you and hope you reach the management. Really a bad attitude when I was just letting them know without asking for reimbursement or anything. I understand business maybe slow but it is the first time I get such a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE when I was just trying to let them know about it. I had noticed that I had some rash on the side of my head but even then I did not try to make a big fuss about it. Honestly, it was just this woman that almost kick me out. They can review the cameras. It was a bit past 08:00 PM on 04/25/2024. NEVER HAD BEEN TRHEATED LIKE THAT BEFORE.
