"The rates were too high for the conditions of the property. The place is old, smells, and needs to be remodeled/cleaned up. The staff was nice, very responsive, the beds were comfy and our room did have COLD AC which was great!"

"Standard deduction for eco-unfriendliness applies (breakfast all plastic), but that's to be expected in this range. The rooms were clean, we stayed for 2 days and towels and everything were renewed, very considerate. Bagels and hot sauce would have been nice additions, but really, no serious complaints. We stayed here to go to the National Park, left at 7 am and made it in without reservation needed. Recommend."
"The first night we got there the room that we got into had a broken air conditioner, and no refrigerator and I travel with a daughter who has special needs. With an autonomic dysfunction that’s triggered by severe heat, but we stuck it out through the night cause there was no other options however! The staff was exceptional. The place was a little rundown, they got us in a room and everything but every time we had an interaction with the staff, they were so beyond nice and professional and sweet and accommodating. I would stay there again just because they were so nice even though the hotel definitely needs work. They moved us into a new room the second day. It was much nicer much cleaner much brighter the air conditioner function, and there was a small refrigerator, even though it didn’t close all the way it was functional"
"This house was perfect for our family of 8! It was very clean and all of the kids toys kept our youngest kiddos very happy. There was also room for everyone to spread out which gave our older kids space to relax. The house is in a great location in Loveland and the drive to Fort Collins is also very manageable. We would definitely recommend this property! "
"The property was as advertised, the hosts were able to answer a question I had on the first day as I had issues getting into the property, this issue was my own the and hosts were able to help me understand where I messed up. I stayed here for my graduation and this property was located fairly close to blue arena, as well as many different good food areas. "
"We got to the property late in the evening. The neighborhood was sketchy (e.g., there was a car on blocks right by the driveway, and there was an old recliner on the sidewalk). We were able to park in the garage; that was nice. However, when we went inside the lights and TV were on, the bed was unmade, there was old pizza in the refrigerator, and garbage in the trash can. It appeared that someone had been there recently, and it had not been cleaned. We ended up going to a hotel. I left a message with the service. They called me promptly in the morning, apologized, and refunded my money. They were great to work with, but the property itself was not what we expected."
