"Erin’s house was clean, organized, and cozy. This small house met our needs for a long weekend getaway. She provided amenities well beyond what was expected- fluffy bath towels, soft sheets, fast WiFi, powerful AC units, and basic bath products. Her home is a short drive to a number of state parks for daily beach trips and within walking distance to a couple of decent restaurants. Erin quickly responded to messages and provided clear instructions on access the house for check-in. Great experience overall!"

"BEAUTIFUL!!! This little cottage is perfect. My boyfriend and I stayed for a two night trip. The place is so spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything you might need! We enjoyed the living room space to wind down at the end of the day & pop the tv on. The walk to the beach is so quick & it’s amazing once you get there. Jay and Lisa kept us up to date and gave us all the information we needed. I can be nit picky about rentals sometimes, but this cottage was hands down the best, no issues. Definitely hoping to come back again! "

"The property is excellent, although I think the bed is too high. The shower is fabulous, the climate control system is great. Breakfast was excellent. My wife and I did not like the town, or the surrounding towns, but we did find really nice restaurants for dinners."

"We just returned from a lovely long weekend at the Bow House. The home is even lovelier in person than in the pictures, charming down to the last detail. It is spacious, comfortable and very clean. I appreciated the little touches such as providing not just hand soap, but also shampoo, conditioner, dish soap a new sealed dish sponge, laundry pods etc. Location is great, the town is very cute with great cafes, shops and ice cream shops, just one block from the water. Easy drive to Mystic. Markus was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. We will be back!!"

"The home is decorated nicely and is impeccably clean. It was perfect size for just the two of us but four would be comfortable as well. There are bunk beds in one room and a Queen in the other, nice comfortable pillows and blankets, & the couch is cozy and comfortable! It was nice to have the apps preloaded and signed on already on the TV. It is within walking distance to the downtown area, Niantic Boardwalk, and we enjoyed a hike on the nature trail across the street. A few minutes ride to Stop & Shop, as well as several nice restaurants. There is a gas station right across the street as well. We enjoyed breakfast at “The Shack” and purchased some fresh seafood at the “Flanders Fish Market”. The only thing I would suggest is to put a table lamp and some TV trays in the living area. Hard to hold a drink while sitting in the couch with nowhere to put it down, I was worried I would spill it so that took away from the comfort a little but not enough to effect my coming again! Next time I’d bring my lap tray. It was also hard to read a book on the couch at night with the lighting arrangement as the stairway light doesn’t provide bright enough light to read on the couch at night. A few more dish towels would have come in handy, there was one. There was plenty of bath towels and a few washcloths. Overall a very nice stay and I would visit again with a few minor things I’d bring to make the stay perfect! "

"The beautiful pictures don’t even do it justice. This house has everything you could possibly need and more. From a well stocked kitchen to beautiful common areas to lovely bedrooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. Plenty of towels for the 3 full bathrooms. And the back porch and conveniently located beach access are perfection. The house easily accommodated our extended family as we gathered for a somber occasion. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. "
