"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house in Niantic. The house was clean when we arrived, the check in process easy, and Barbara responded to any of my inquiries quickly and clearly. The previous reviews were correct, and this house had everything we needed. We had family with us for the long Labor Day Weekend and the house was quite comfortable for the 9 of us. The pool was delightful! I was a little concerned because the sliding door in the kitchen that goes to the deck and pool did not lock. Barbara said the lock was broken, but to lock the outside door in the front of the house from the inside so no one could go through to the deck that way. She said that the neighborhood is safe. We were okay with that and had no issues at all, but hopefully the lock will be fixed soon. The area is easy to get around and has some excellent restaurants. We had a wonderful time and were very happy we rented from Barbara."

"My fiancé and I had an amazing time here. Lynn and Dave were amazing hosts. All the amenities. Very clean. Dock is right across the yard. We enjoyed going out for the evenings and staying in. Very quiet and peaceful. We always enjoy trying new places to stay when we travel but we would repeat stay here over and over."

"Such a Cozy and Fun Beach Getaway! We had such a wonderful stay at this cottage! From the moment we arrived, we could tell how much care had gone into the renovation. It was clean, comfortable, charming, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway.The location was fantastic — just minutes from the beach and boardwalk, which made it so easy to head out for the day and come back whenever we wanted. We loved being close to everything while still having a cozy place to unwind at the end of the day.The game room was a huge hit and gave us a great way to hang out and have fun when we weren't at the beach. The WiFi and AC were also much appreciated and made the cottage feel especially comfortable.We really enjoyed the combination of the cottage's charm and all the modern updates. It felt like a place where you could truly relax, make memories, and enjoy time together.We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and fun beach vacation!"

"What a wonderful home in a great community. We enjoyed short walks to both nearby beaches. Concerts on the beach. Ice cream. A few visits to the fun Niantic Children’s museum. Met very nice locals at the beach and on walks. I can see why people like to live here. Great meals at 374 and Fat Tuba. And awesome lunch at the Mexican. Fun farmers market. Hotness very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay in this great place. Really loved that it is not as crowded as the cape which is ridiculous. Left the book barn with loads of books. It was a great week on a spacious home that met all our needs. Thank you."

"Perfect place for relaxation! You cannot beat the views from this home! The sound of the waves lapping the shore is right outside your windows and doors. The house is well maintained and super clean and comfortable. It's located close to the cute town of Niantic with great restaurants and the boardwalk. It was the perfect house to enjoy some relaxing family time with my adult children. I highly recommend this one!"
