"Front desk staff was rude and not helpful. Booked 3 months in advance when I showed up to check in he flat out said before I could say a word "No there is no checking in, find somewhere else, we have no rooms" and when I mentioned I had a reservation he said "not my problem find somewhere else." Didn't even suggest anywhere else to find a room at. Then walked away."

"This was our 2nd stay here and it was awesome as always. Everything is clean and the employees are super nice. Definitely recommend."

"We checked in, dropped our bags and headed to our event. When we returned (11:30 pm) and had a better look at the condition of the room we decided to leave. The sheets, pillow case and comforter had yellow, circular stains, the bathroom had cobwebs in the corners, drink stains on the walls and the toilet was hard to flush. And random people hanging out in the parking lot. There was no way I was laying in the bed. The front desk person said no refund because we checked in at 3:30 and it was now 11:30. It didn’t matter we spent 15mins in the room. He didn’t offer to correct anything or apologize. Last time staying at a Days Inn."

"Nicotine stains running down the walls, a door that didn’t lock (we had to ask to move to another room), water got shut off to the building for a number of hours (they said it would only be 1 hour), mold coming through and around extremely old seals around bath tub, cockroaches were all over our room after being switched, and the office hours are ridiculous (only 11am-7pm Mon- Sat & closed Sunday’s). Do not stay here. -4/10 would never stay here again or anywhere near it"

"The air conditioning will definitely keep you cool. Shower curtain rail could use a replacement. Kept sliding in the middle allowing water to splash out. Nothing a towel or two wouldn't dry up."

"Checkbin was delayed, couldn't check in until 4:30pm. Was given a room with queen size bed but reservation was for king size. When they finally changed rooms, the king size room had no tv remote, no coffee maker, no towels/washclothe, nobice trays. So finally we settled for the queen, but i should've been compensated for this disaster!!!"
