The room was immaculate and apparently tr sentry updated. Lobby was well appointed and clean. Comfy bed hot shower. The only thing was the free breakfast was a bit picked over but I went at the very end of the serving time so partially my fault.

While the hotel was older but clean and service was good, over 20 vehicles were broken into on the night of Oct 4. They have security in the parking lot but somehow over 20 vehicles had their windows smashed. I was very fortunate that it did not happen to our car but we will never stay here again. Not worth having to get your window fixed and personal items stolen.

I enjoyed the stay. The hotel does need updating but it was clean. The pool is exceptional and the staff were friendly. I didn’t like the fact that the coffee station was all the way in the restaurant. Hard to find.

Finding an affordable, clean and safe hotel in the Columbus area has become a real challenge over the years. I am so glad I found this hotel! It was affordable, clean and safe ... and very nice as well! I look forward to staying here again when I am in Columbus!

I've stayed here in the past 10 years and had a positive experience each time, so I was looking forward to returning. After checking in at about 5:30pm, we went up to the room and the cleaning staff was in our room finishing up. We were told they needed another 5 minutes. They left only one cup an one coffee. The next day, no one cleaned our room, so we had to ask for two clean towels be sent to our room. Again, no coffee, no cups. At least the room was cleaned for our third night. The room was quiet and comfortable. It was not a great experience.

Good

It was a good stay. the food at breakfast was great! We had to stay overnight due to a wait on a few things so we stayed here and I will continue to book with them. The Crowne is always my go to place to stay when in Columbus mainly because of the food. I traveled with my mom and one year old and we were able to get a crib. Only downside to the crib is there were two mattresses and she was able to climb out onto the beds so we took the one mattress out and we had no other issues from then on.
