"The staff here are great; very helpful and accommodating when need be. I have stayed here numerous times and will again. Yes the hotel is dated and some parts are a little run down, but it’s plenty passable and a comfortable stay. Great price as well."
"We could not have been happier with our stay, the staff, room, facilities and the overall hotel - it was great. We were well looked after from the moment we got there, always greeted with a smile when we arrived no matter the time of day/night and the staff were always happy to help whenever we had a query.
You can see the staff have a lot of pride in keeping the hotel looking tip top and making the guests feel comfortable, often you are welcomed with the lovely smell of fresh laundry which made the whole experience feel very homely and as well as the rooms being fully kitted out with everything you need, they also have a food/drink station just in case you ever need anything else.
Shaneque in particular was incredibly hospitable and always more than happy to help, she made our stay feel very comfortable.
It is a shame the area is very dilapidated and can at time feel unsafe if you're an outsider, but this did not reflect on the hotel at all."
